Welcome as well this year. As I am not traveling myself this year , this year the concept is differently.
I rent out just one bedroom. You can choose the one you prefer and the other areas are shared.
This comes with a few advantages for you
- daily cleaning service of the common areas, bathroom, livingroom, balconies.
- small breakfast service
- informations about surrounding and if wished guided tours around the lake, to Verona and Venice
- morning stretching and meditation on request
- 24/7 check-in and check-out possibility
- key service, you don't need to carry around the keys when you leave the house
Unless you wish informations or a conversation, you mostly will have the flat and balconies for your own use as I keep working on my book and artwork in the room that I use.
As well regards pricing this will make a difference as I will offer you backpacker prices but with private sleeping room.
For bikers I can guarantee as well a place to put your bike.

The Autumnseason
Autumn means:
Not so hot anymore which allows relaxed excursions into the cities of Verona and Venice, or good hikes without sweating too quickly.
The Olive harvest will start soon. So you will receive insight into local culture and traditional work that is as old as the populations around the lake.

Since already now there is snow on Monte Baldo, The prospectives are very well that there will be a ski-season in winter 2020/2021.
I am working on isolating the flat better by exchanging the single glassed window by a double and as well the Stufa di Pellets (Pellets kamin) has received its checkup.

This means that it will be possible to open my doors to you as well around winter season.
