The apartment is spacious with large windows, a panorama balcony from the living room and additional smaller balconies in each bedroom with beautiful views of the lake, castle, mountains and the village....
The living room with a couch and different kind of chairs provides you with a couple of modern boardgames, tourist guides for exploring the Lake, a TV, and for the cooler seasons a small pellets oven.
A simple but fully furnished kitchen and a table seating 4 people allows you to prepare your own meals.
The bathroom provides as well a washing machine to your convenience but is one of the next rooms that needs renovation.
1 rather classic and 1 unique styled bedroom allow up to 4 guests a comfortable stay. The couch in the livingroom can be transformed into a bed for 2 smeller or adult persons. (max 6 guests)
On purpose there is NO WIFI enabling you to take a break from the digital world for a while. If wished we can even remove the TV for a full digital-detox ;).
But No worries.. In most cafes you will find free wifi. And what would be a vacation without a daily Italian Capuccino ;).. ?

Conveniently located just next to the "funivia" (cable car) which brings you up to Monte Baldo as well known as "The Botanical Garden of Europe",
5-15 walking minutes to the centre of the medieval town Malcesine, its small harbor and its walking paths along the lake,
your vacation home gives you perfect views above the lake with its surfers, sailing boats and ferries.
Enjoy your breakfast or a good glass of wine on the spacious balcony or be lucky and watch one of the seasonal fireworks from pole position.
You are an artist? don't forget your painting equipment, your camera, your writing book... ! Or you need to study for exams? Take your learning material with you and enjoy from the main balcony the mind soothing view while assimilating knowledge..
The secret of wisdom is to keep of each age the essence of the learning, and applying it where it is needed, to transform experiences, to keep your mind wide open, to connect and to disconnect and to remain true and regardful to yourself.

About Charlotte Junker
Hi, my name is Saskia Charlotte, however using only my second name Charlotte, 36 years old, and while I was backpacking, work&travelling, exploring to see where elsewhere are unique places, stunning nature, genuine people to find that inspire, I decided to share my apartments view with who is looking for your own timeout and vacation...
Apart from climbing trees ;), I am a bodyworker (integrative medicine, somatic experiencing, TCM), a writer (book and lyrics), I worked as well as a tourist guide, did the dishes in a kitchen, gave company to elderly persons, cleaned houses and helped with gardening and coaching where welcome. I speak English, German, Dutch, Italian and a little bit of French and always happy to learn new languages..

My emphasis in this flat is to keep it genuine, simple & inviting and to allow my guests to being amazed by the magic of the lake which during all times has been inspiration to artists, writers and scientists likewise...
Despite of my physical absence I am always available to communicate, for personal recommendations, only an email away.

2020
Covid 19 in my case was a blessing... It brought me back to my lovely home.. so in between your stays I always have the possibility to straight away reinvest into it, do little upgrades and to apply experience from hospitality experienced abroad and to enjoy it myself.
And I am available in person in case of need.
In case you come with young kids and would like to have an evening out (e.g. when you choose for a visit of famous Opera Verona), let me know and I can babysit them.
If you come for the first time to the lake and would like to have a guided tour around the lake or towards Verona or Venice, let me know and it will be my pleasure to show you around.
In case you are a lover of wellness, relaxation and meditation and you would like to book a session of energetic bodywork please let me know as well.

Last but not least, I started to transform a part of my lyrics into voiced performance. Due to the people and topics I tackled which refer mainly to global human right concerns and social criticism, taking a stand and voice for those who do not have it (anymore), the content variates from honeysweet to raw and rough.
