When the flat is shared, there is daily cleaning of all shared areas, on request as well your bedroom.
You have the lavender bedroom with an office table,reading charis, a coffeemaker inside the room, lake view an during summer cooler since the northerndirection. You can use the main panorama balcony whenever you wish as well to your own use, just let me know.
As well a baggage service is possible in case your arrival is earlier or you wish to do still excursions on your departure day. The use of living room and kitche is eventually as well posible before official check- in time. Just let me know.

I am living at Lake Garda form more than 5 years now and know it eversince born receiving a good knowledge on culture, history and particularites of the lake and its surrounding,
in 2017 I worked as well for a few weeks as a tourguide on the bus giving introduction to groups of 50-60 people about Lake Garda, Venice and Verona.
As well I contributed a few times to the local olive oil harvest.
Through my experiences I am able to give you a personal introductiont to Lake Garda which you won't find in any tourist guide or official tour.

My first teachings to guided meditation and meditation techniques I received at the age of 7 thanks to my elementary teacher.
An introuction to Reiki Was delivered to me at the age of 8 by the mother of a friend who was Heilpraktiker and first expalanations to plantmedicine by the mother of another friend who was trained in the flowers of Bach.
For the rest I spent a lot of time in nature learning from observation.
During my language science study at the Radboud University in the Netherlands, I received lectures on Neurology, Parkinson, brain infarcts, voice production and healthy voice use through the practice of a good body posture inclusive stages in neurological clinics accompanied by neurolinguists.
My official Energetic Bodywork studies I started in 2009 being allowed to learn from and with international acknowledged teachers such as Clifford Andrews, TZVIKAR CALISAR, Juergen Westhoff,
with studymaterial written by CAROLA BERESFORD COOKE, Paul Lundberg, Udo Lorenzen/Andreas Noll, Shizuto Masunaga.
My teacher CLIFFORD ANDREWS enabled me the participation in the course “The scientific base of Shiatsu” and a 6-week intense supervised training in the specialisation “Treating Trauma with Shiatsu” accompanied by the literature “Waking the Tiger/Peter Levine” and “Why Zebras don’t get ulcers” on emotional processing and somatic experiencing applying elevated techniques in combination with knowledge from Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and its Meridian System referring as well to western psychology and concepts.
As a medical basement I followed intensive courses at the ARCANA HEILPRAKTIKER SCHULE Hamburg, one of the best naturopath schools that you can find with a long tradition of INTEGRATIVE INTERDISCIPLINARY medicine having professors and teachers with decadelong specialized experience from as well Western University medicine as as well from Integrative Natural medicine and aware of that naturopath need a solid apprenticeship.
Already during my studyyears I have been able to establish a part time contract shiatsu workplace in the nursing home PRO SENIORE HAMBURG giving treatments to elderly persons, nursing staff and management as well as having the responsibility for giving light movement exercises to a group of elderly persons including social skill activities and relaxation methods for improvement of their emotional constitution.
At the International Shiatsu Schule Graz in Austria I participated as well in a specialization course to give energetic bodywork treatments to pregnant women and their newborn.
During the last years I have been able to give more than 5000 treatments to people between 7 and 90 years old
