Artist and writer from heart and soul.
I did one year of ballet lessons at the age of 4-5, I liked the dancing but not the chicky micky of the other age compagnions. Joining then instead the "Musikalische Frueherziehung" of the Staedtische  Musikhoschule Muelheim an der Ruhr.
From age 5-13 violine lessons but rebel as well there, however it schooled my musical ear.
4 times on stage during school: 2 times during elementary school, 1 time during secondary school (we put on stage the musical Linie 1 from the Grips theatre Berlin, 1 time at the english Theatre group Duet of the University Duisburg-Essen, Germany).
I started to write poetry and little stories at the age of 8 and I sang and danced eversince the age of 4 to reinterpretating texts and songs that I listened to with a special interest into contemporeal dance and improvisation. Since 2010 I start to gather all the bits and pieces of writing and earlier concepts and I am working on a book and a song album. I had first chances to do some registrations in 2019 in California but had to stop unfortunately due to the Visa which was coming to an end.
The topics regard mostly "Gesellschaftskritik", Human Rights, Philosophics of "Realistic Idealism- be an idelaist- demand the impossible to make the realistic possible" and sometimes a stand for those who do not have a voice (anymore).
I received a Sensitivity training and meditation training through my bodywork apprenticeship and studies within Shiatsu where I had the honour to learn from international acknowledged and recognized shiatsu teachers such as Clifford Andrews and Tzvikar Calisar. Some call the discipline as well the "art of touch", eventually because it works with the essence and with empathy as as well all artists of us do, getting in resonance with what usually is seen but not seen, heard but not heard, felt but not expressed, taking the essence and bringing it to the surface or simply giving it the space to be "there" and realizised as to be part of the what is happening within and around us.

Art provokes, moves, shifts, makes reflect, is not necessarily beautyful despite the beauty of its crude essence. Art can be everything but not everything is art.

However ... after all.. NATURE remains the best art and one of my passions has always been and will always remain to simply walk barefoot through a forest or untouched nature and trying to take a good foto of the colours of different lights or enjoying myself the art of good photographers who manage to catch the essence in their artwork where you see the story within the instant or going to a good concert of a singer song writer who is provoking or touching a string of the soul when making essence touchable...
